武警部队卫勤保障烧伤救治体系运行效果分析

目的对武警部队卫勤保障烧伤撇治体系在伤员救治中的运行效果进行分析和总结。方法对32例烧伤面积≥50％或Ⅲ度烧伤面积≥20％的伤员进行随机分组,对照组15例,未经救治体系处理直接送人救治中心;治疗组17例,经救治体系处理后送入救治中心。经治疗后对两组病死率、全身感染发生率、并发症发生率以及治愈时间等进行比较分析。结果治疗组的病死率、全身感染及并发症发生率均低于对照组（均P〈0．05）,休克期平稳度过率高于对照组（P〈0．05）,且治愈时问较对照组明显缩短（P〈0．05）。结论卫勤保障烧伤牧治体系可使伤员得到及时有效的专业救治,降低了病死率和致残率。

Evaluation of the burn unit's systematic effect on burn wounds the Armed Police Forces' medical logistic services provided

Objective Summarize and evaluate the burn unit＇s systematic effect on burn wounds. Methods Randomly divide 32 wounded of burn area greater than 50% or the third burn degree with area greater than 20% into two groups, control group （n=1 5）, which was directly sent to the treatment center without instant treatment, and treatment group （n=1 7）, which was received instant treatment prior to being moved to the center. A comparative analysis was conducted between the two groups on the following parameters, mortality, incidence of systemic infection, complications, as well as time frame to heal. Results A lower incidence on mortality, systemic infection and complications was found at treatment group rather than control group, as well as being smoother in shock period and short healing time than control group. Conclusion The instant treatment provided by the burn unit serves as assurance to the burn wounded for low mortality and disability.
