妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退孕妇叶酸利用能力与血清同型半胱氨酸、维生素B12的相关性分析

摘    要:目的 探究妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退(妊娠期亚甲减)孕妇叶酸(FA)利用能力与血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、维生素B12的相关性。方法 选取100例妊娠期亚甲减孕妇为研究组;另选同期100例甲状腺功能正常孕妇为对照组。检测两组孕妇FA、Hcy、维生素B12以及甲状腺功能,并分析其相关性。结果 两组FA利用能力比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血清Hcy水平高于对照组,维生素B12水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FA利用能力与Hcy呈负相关(r=-0.454),与维生素B12呈正相关(r=0.219);Hcy与维生素B12、FT3、FT4呈负相关(r=...

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between folic acid(FA)utilization and serum homocysteine(Hcy)and vitamin B12 in pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy.Methods 100 pregnant women with subhypothyroidism during pregnancy were selected as the study group.Another 100 pregnant women with normal thyroid function were selected as the control group.FA,Hcy,vitamin B12 and thyroid function of pregnant women in the two groups were detected,and their correlation was analyzed.Results The difference in FA utilization ability between the two groups was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).The serum Hcy level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the vitamin B12 level was lower than that in the control group,with statistical signifificance(P<0.05).There was no signifificant difference in the levels of free triiodothyronine(FT3)and free tetraiodothyronine(FT4)between the two groups(P>0.05).The level of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FA utilization capacity was negatively correlated with Hcy(r=-0.454)and positively correlated with vitamin B12(r=0.219).Hcy was negatively correlated with vitamin B12,FT3,FT4(r=-0.126,-0.296,-0.286),and TSH was positively correlated(r=0.352).Vitamin B12 was negatively correlated with TSH(r=-0.095),and positively correlated with FT3 and FT4(r=0.062,0.075).Conclusion Subhypothyroidism during pregnancy is correlated with FA,Hcy and vitamin B12.Pregnant women should timely supplement FA and vitamin B12,and pay attention to the changes of FA,Hcy and vitamin B12 levels.
