家庭康复训练配合药物治疗骨质疏松症的作用研究

目的 探讨家庭康复训练配合药物治疗骨质疏松症的作用。方法 在本院范围内，以2019年7月—2020年7月为时间节点，选取骨质疏松症患者90例，按照随机数字表法将其分成两组，对照组47例单纯给予常规药物治疗，观察组43例基于此，联合家庭康复训练，分别于治疗前及治疗3个月时，用疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）量表评定两组疼痛情况，用36条目简明健康量表（SF-36）对两组生活质量进行评定，另测定两组腰椎部、股骨部的骨密度。结果 观察组治疗后VAS评分与对照组相比，明显偏低（P <0.05）。观察组治疗后SF-36量表评分较对照组，明显偏高（P <0.05）。观察组腰椎部、股骨部的骨密度均较对照组高（P <0.05）。结论 针对骨质疏松症患者，采用家庭康复训练与药物治疗相联合的方法来治疗，能减轻疼痛，改善生活质量，提高骨密度，临床应用价值突出。

Study on the Effect of Family Rehabilitation Training Combined With Medicine in Treating Osteoporosis

Objective To explore the effect of family rehabilitation training combined with drugs in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods Within the scope of this hospital,with July 2019 to July 2020 as the time node,90 patients with osteoporosis were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group 47 patients were given conventional medication Based on this,43 cases in the observation group were combined with family rehabilitation training.Before treatment and 3 months after treatment,the pain condition of the two groups was assessed by the visual analogue scale of pain(VAS),and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)The quality of life of the two groups was assessed,and the bone mineral density of the lumbar spine and femur was measured.Results The VAS score of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scale scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The bone mineral density of the lumbar spine and femur of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with osteoporosis,the combination of home rehabilitation training and drug therapy can reduce pain,improve quality of life,and increase bone density.It has outstanding clinical application value.
