| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨妇科腹腔镜下附件手术患者围手术期不留置导尿管对尿潴留的影响。方法 采用便利抽样法，选取2020年10月至2021年1月浙江省嘉兴市妇幼保健院妇科收治的行腹腔镜下附件手术的313例患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组(156例)和对照组(157例)。试验组患者术后不留置导尿管，对照组患者按照常规术前在手术室内完成留置导尿并在术后4 h拔除导尿管。比较两组患者术后尿潴留的发生情况。结果 试验组患者尿潴留发生率0.64%(1/156),对照组患者尿潴留发生率为1.27%(2/157),其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 妇科腹腔镜下附件手术患者围手术期不留置导尿管不会增加尿潴留的发生率，也没有发现安全性问题。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of non-indwailing urethral catheterization on urinary retention in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic adnexal surgery during perioperative period.Methods A total of 313 patients with gynecological laparoscopic adnexal surgery were divided into observation group(n=156)and control group(n=157)according to the method of digital random table.The observation group could not indwelling catheterization.The incidence of postoperative urinary retention was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of urinary retention between the two groups was 0.64%(1/156)in the observation group and 1.27%(2/157)in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions The incidence of urinary retention in patients undergoing laparoscopic accessory surgery during perioperative period will not be increased without indwailing catheter,which is a safe and effective method. |
