Application effect of predictive nursing in children with bronchitis and asthma treated by oxygen drive atomization inhalation

Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in children with bronchitis and asthma treated by oxygen drive atomization inhalation.Methods A total of 86 children with bronchitis and asthma treated by oxygen drive atomization inhalation in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into routine group and predictive group according to the nursing method,with 43 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the predictive group applied predictive nursing on the basis of the routine group.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment and nursing satisfaction in the predictive group were higher than those in the routine group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the routine group,and the elimination time of clinical symptoms and hospital stay were shorter than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of oxygen drive atomization inhalation for children with bronchitis and asthma,the application of predictive nursing will help to improve the treatment effect and safety,promote the early recovery of children's diseases,and improve the satisfaction of children's families with nursing.
