右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼静脉自控镇痛对剖宫产术后产妇镇痛效果及应激反应、神经递质水平的影响

目的 探讨右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼静脉自控镇痛对剖宫产术后产妇镇痛效果及应激反应、神经递质水平的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年12月收治的80例行剖宫产术的产妇作为研究对象，使用抽签法以单双号分组形式随机将其分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组采用舒芬太尼静脉自控镇痛，观察组采用右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼静脉自控镇痛。比较两组的干预效果。结果 术后2、12及24 h，观察组的VAS评分低于对照组，Ramsay评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。术后24 h，观察组NE、Cor、ET-1、SP、β-EP及NPY水平均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼静脉自控镇痛用于剖宫产术后镇痛中，有助于提高镇痛效果，促进产妇机体应激反应减轻和神经递质水平降低，值得推广。

Influences of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil on the analgesic effect,stress response and neurotransmitter levels of parturients after cesarean section

Objective To explore the influences of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil on the analgesic effect,stress response and neurotransmitter levels of parturients after cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 parturients who underwent cesarean section from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The parturients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots in the form of single and double numbers,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with sufentanil,and the observation group was treated with patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 2,12 and 24 h after operation,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the Ramsay score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 24 h after operation,the levels of NE,Cor,ET-1,SP,β-EP and NPY in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil in postoperative analgesia after cesarean section is helpful to improve the analgesic effect,and promote the reduction of stress response and neurotransmitter levels of parturients,which is worthy of promotion.
