Clinical effect of combined method of acupuncture and medication of Zhuyu Liyan Huatan Tongqiao in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined method of acupuncture and medication of Zhuyu Liyan Huatan Tongqiao in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Methods A total of 62 patients with dysphagia after stroke who received inpatient rehabilitation treatment in our hospital from October 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group by randomized sequence grouping method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine symptomatic treatment of western medicine and rehabilitation training,and the treatment group received combined method of acupuncture and medication of Zhuyu Liyan Huatan Tongqiao on the basis of the control group.The serum nerve factors levels,swallowing function status,feeding status,nutritional status before and after treatment and clinical efficancy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum NGF,BDNF and IGF-1 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of serum NSE was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the water swallow test grade and SSA scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and FOIS score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NRS-2002 score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and serum Hb and Alb levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined method of acupuncture and medication of Zhuyu Liyan Huatan Tongqiao is effective in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.It can effectively regulate the expression of nerve factors,ameliorate the swallowing function status,feed status and nutritional status,and further strengthen the clinical efficacy.
