川芎嗪注射液联合补阳还五汤治疗急性脑梗死的效果研究

目的 研究急性脑梗死患者接受川芎嗪注射液联合补阳还五汤的治疗效果。方法 选择医院2018年5月11日—2020年2月18日治疗的100例急性脑梗死患者进行川芎嗪注射液联合补阳还五汤治疗研究，采用电脑随机法分为大剂量组[400 mg川芎嗪注射液+0.9%氯化钠注射液（250 mL）+补阳还五汤]与常规剂量组[80mg川芎嗪注射液+0.9%氯化钠注射液（250 mL）+补阳还五汤]，每组各50例急性脑梗死患者，观察血浆黏度、治疗效果、生活质量、凝血功能指标、不良反应、时间指标。结果 治疗后，大剂量组急性脑梗死患者血浆黏度、治疗效果、生活质量、凝血功能指标、时间指标优于常规剂量组急性脑梗死患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，大剂量组急性脑梗死患者不良反应与常规剂量组急性脑梗死患者组间差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。结论 在急性脑梗死患者治疗中采用大剂量川芎嗪注射液联合补阳还五汤治疗方案有效改善患者凝血功能指标与血浆黏度，优化急性脑梗死患者脑部血液循环状况，效果十分显著，在急性脑梗死治疗中应用安全性高。

Effect of Ligustrazine Injection Combined With Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of ligustrazine injection combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from May 11,2018 to February 18,2020 were randomly divided into high-dose group[400 mg ligustrazine injection+0.9%sodium chloride injection(250 mL)+Buyang Huanwu decoction]and conventional dose group[80 mg ligustrazine injection+0.9%sodium chloride injection(250 mL)+Buyang Huanwu decoction),with 50 cases each.The plasma viscosity,therapeutic effect,quality of life,coagulation function,adverse reactions and time were observed.Results After treatment,the plasma viscosity,treatment effect,quality of life,coagulation function index and time index of the high-dose group were better than those of the conventional dose group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the adverse reaction of the high-dose group and the conventional dose group(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction,high-dose ligustrazine injection+Buyang Huanwu decoction can effectively improve the coagulation function index and plasma viscosity,optimize the cerebral blood circulation of patients with acute cerebral infarction,the effect is very significant,and it has high safety in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
