摘    要:分子生物学技术是推动生命科学领域及其他多个相关领域学科发展的关键技术,是各个科学研究领域的必备工具。随着分子生物学的发展以及其重要性的逐渐提升,博士、硕士研究生及本科生对分子生物学技术教学的需求也日益明显且各有侧重。文章通过对研究生课程实践教学体系、教学模式、教学方法等进行教学体系构建的探索,提升实验技术课的教学效果,为培养高素质的医学院校研究生提供参考。

Abstract:Molecular biology technology is a key technology to promote the development of life sciences and other related fields, and also an indispensable tool in various scientific research fields. With the development of molecular biology and its growing importance, the demand for the course of molecular biology technology is increasing significantly in both postgraduates and undergraduates, though with different focuses. The authors have reformed the graduate course in teaching mode, teaching content, and teaching methods, and explored the construction of a practical teaching system, in order to improve the teaching effect of experimental technology courses and cultivate high-quality medical postgraduates.
