Effects of increasing inspiring contents for health education based on WeChat platform on the health knowledge,behavior and sleep quality of patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo

Objective To explore the effects of increasing inspiring contents for health education based on WeChat platform on the health knowledge,behavior and sleep quality of patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo.Methods A total of 100 VBIV patients admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing plan,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received increasing inspiring contents for health education based on WeChat platform.The health knowledge,behavior and sleep quality of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the health knowledge score of all dimensions in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the health behavior score of all dimensions in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the PSQI score of all dimensions in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The increasing inspiring contents for health education based on WeChat platform in the nursing of patients with VBIV can improve the level of health knowledge,health behavior and sleep quality.
