Effect of blood glucose fluctuation management on the prognosis of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction

Objective To study the effect of blood glucose fluctuation management on the prognosis of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 84 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was managed for the purpose of reaching the blood glucose standard,and the observation group strengthened the blood glucose fluctuation management on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,FBG,2 h PG,vWF,MDA,TNF-αand hs-CRP levels,HbA1c,NIHSS and mRS scores in the two groups decreased,and FMA score increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The MODD,MAGE,SDBG,MPPGE levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood glucose fluctuation management can improve the glucose control effect of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction,reduce the blood glucose fluctuation,alleviate the endothelial damage and oxidative stress,and promote the improvement of prognosis.
