综合康复护理支持对老年住院患者营养护理的效果评价

目的 观察综合康复护理对老年住院患者营养状况改善情况及生活治疗的影响。方法 将84例老年住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组42例。对照组予以常规护理。观察组采用综合康复护理，共3个月。分别于干预前后评估两组患者生活质量量表(QLI)、BMI指数和肱三头肌皮褶厚度的情况并对比分析。结果 两组患者在治疗前的QLI、BMI指数和肱三头肌皮褶厚度的评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后QLI和肱三头肌皮褶厚度的评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后BMI指数无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 综合康复护理干预老年住院患者有利于提高患者生活质量，改善患者的营养状况。

Effect evaluation of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing support on nutritional care of elderly inpatients

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the improvement of nutritional status and life therapy of elderly inpatients.Methods 84 elderly inpatients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing for 3 months.The observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for 3 months.Quality of life scale(QLI),BMI index and triceps skinfold thickness were evaluated before and after the intervention.Results there was no significant difference in QLI,BMI index and triceps skinfold thickness between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of QLI and triceps skinfold thickness of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant change in BMI in the control group after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention is beneficial to improve the quality of life and nutritional status of elderly inpatients.
