针灸治疗脑卒中后偏瘫颈肩痛的临床效果

目的 探讨针灸治疗脑卒中后偏瘫颈肩痛的临床效果。方法 选取2018年5月至2020年5月本院200例脑卒中后偏瘫颈肩痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予针灸治疗。比较两组患者的神经功能、疼痛程度、肢体功能、临床疗效。结果 治疗前,两组的NFDS、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后,两组的NFDS、VAS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前,两组的上肢功能、下肢功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后,两组的上肢功能、下肢功能评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的81.00%,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针灸治疗脑卒中后偏瘫颈肩痛的效果显著,可改善患者的神经功能及肢体功能,缓解疼痛程度,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of neck and shoulder pain of hemiplegia after stroke

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of neck and shoulder pain of hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 200 patients with neck and shoulder pain of hemiplegia after stroke in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The neurological function,degree of pain,limb function and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the NFDS and VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the NFDS and VAS scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in upper limb function and lower limb function scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the upper limb function and lower limb function scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,those in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 81.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of neck and shoulder pain of hemiplegia after stroke has significant effect,it can ameliorate the neurological function and limb function,and relieve the degree of pain,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
