Effects of alanyl glutamine combined with Xuebijing injection on inflammatory factors,immune indexes and intestinal function in patients with acute pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the effect of alanyl glutamine combined with Xuebijing injection on inflammatory factors,immune indexes and intestinal function in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods A total of 50 AP patients admitted in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xuebijing injection on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with alanyl glutamine combined with Xuebijing injection on the basis of conventional treatment,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP levels in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in CD4⁺,CD8⁺,CD4⁺/CD8⁺between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,CD4⁺,CD8⁺,CD4⁺/CD8⁺improved in the two groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in intestinal mucosal permeability,diamine oxidase and D-lactic acid levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,intestinal mucosal permeability,diamine oxidase and D-lactic acid levels in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The duration of abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,fever and elevated blood pancreatin in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Alanyl glutamine combined with Xuebijing injection has a significant effect in the treatment of AP,it can alleviate the inflammatory response of the body,improve immunity,intestinal function and clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
