益气活血复方治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床效果

目的 分析益气活血复方联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床效果及对心肌缺血状态的影响。方法 在本院接受治疗的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者当中抽选80例作为研究对象，患者入院时间均在2019年5月—2020年6月。采用简单随机分组法将其分为两组，对照组和观察组患者例数均为40例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗，观察组患者接受益气活血复方联合西药治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、心绞痛积分改善情况，分析两组患者的心功能变化情况，记录两组患者的心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛发作持续时间以及心电图改善情况。结果 治疗后，观察组中医证候积分和心绞痛积分均明显低于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组左室舒张末期内径（LVIDd）明显低于对照组，左室射血分数（LVEF）和心排血量（CO）均明显高于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组心绞痛发作次数明显少于对照组，心绞痛发作持续时间明显短于对照组（P <0.05）；治疗后观察组患者的ST段下移、室性早搏以及房性早搏指标均明显低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 益气活血复方联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效显著，且有利于改善患者的心肌缺血状态。

Clinical Effect of Compound Recipe for Replenishing Qi and Promoting Blood Circulation in Treating Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound recipe for replenishing Qi and promoting blood circulation combined with western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and the improvement effect on myocardial ischemia.Methods Among the patients with stable angina pectoris treated in our hospital,80 cases were selected as the research objects,and the patients were admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to June 2020.They were divided into two groups by a simple random grouping method.The number of patients in the control group and the observation group were both 40 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and patients in the observation group were treated with a compound recipe for replenishing Qi and promoting blood circulation combined with western medicine.Compared the improvement of TCM syndrome scores and angina pectoris scores between the two groups,analyzed the changes in cardiac function of the two groups of patients,recorded the number of angina pectoris attacks,the duration of angina pectoris attacks,and the improvement of the electrocardiogram of the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,The TCM syndrome score and angina pectoris score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVIDd)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and cardiac output(CO)were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the number of angina pectoris attacks in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the duration of angina pectoris attack was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of ST segment depression,ventricular premature beat and atrial premature beat in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of compound recipe for replenishing Qi and promoting blood circulation combined with western medicine on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is remarkable.
