骨科术后感染的相关危险因素研究进展

骨科手术是创伤性治疗手段.虽然微创手术技术、内固定材料等已经取得了突破性的进展,手术治疗效果也得到了明显提升,但由于手术具有创伤性,且环境中的病原菌较多,导致术后感染成为骨科手术常见的术后并发症,其发生影响患者的生存质量,延长住院时间,影响康复进程.因此,有效降低感染发生率、促进伤口愈合、恢复机体正常功能已成为相关领域关注的焦点.本文对骨科术后感染的相关危险因素研究进展作一综述,从患者自身性因素和医疗性因素两个方面对相关危险因素展开整理与分析,并对预防术后感染的相应措施进行初步探讨,旨在为临床预防及治疗、护理此类患者提供相关依据.

Research progress on related risk factors of postoperative orthopedic infection

Orthopaedic surgery is a traumatic treatment method.Although breakthrough progress has been made in minimally invasive surgery technology and internal fixation materials,and the effect of surgical treatment has been significantly improved,orthopaedic postoperative infection has become a common postoperative complication of orthopaedic surgery due to the invasive nature of surgery and the high number of pathogenic bacteria in the environment.Postoperative infection affects the quality of life,prolongs the hospital stay and affects the process of rehabilitation of patients.Therefore,effectively reducing the incidence of infection,promoting wound healing and restoring the normal function of the body have become the focus of attention in related fields.This paper reviews the research progress of risk factors related to postoperative infection in orthopedics department,arranges and analyzes the relevant risk factors from two aspects of patients'own factors and iatrogenic factors,and preliminarily discusses the corresponding measures to prevent postoperative infection,in order to provide relevant basis for clinical prevention,treatment and nursing of such patients.
