Clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with leuprorelin in the treatment of patients with endometriosis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with leuprorelin in the treatment of patients with endometriosis.Methods A total of 50 patients with endometriosis treated from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery combined with leuprorelin.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of sICAM-1,VEGF and sflt-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 32.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with leuprorelin can reduce the recurrence rate of patients with endometriosis and improve the levels of postoperative sex hormone and related markers,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
