硫酸镁+拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果

目的 研究硫酸镁+拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果。方法 回顾性收集2018年12月至2020年12月就诊于三门峡市中心医院的116例妊娠期高血压患者的临床资料,依据治疗方法将其分为联合治疗组（n=58,硫酸镁+拉贝洛尔联合治疗）和单独治疗组（n=58,拉贝洛尔治疗）。比较两组患者的血压、24 h尿蛋白定量、血清炎性因子水平、临床疗效及妊娠结局。结果 治疗后,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、24 h尿蛋白定量均低于治疗前,且联合治疗组低于单独治疗组（P<0.05）。治疗后,两组患者的血清Cys-C、Hcy、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且联合治疗组低于单独治疗组（P<0.05）。联合治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于单独治疗组的86.21%(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者的自然分娩发生率高于单独治疗组,剖宫产、难产、产后出血、胎盘早剥、胎儿宫内窘迫、早产儿、新生儿窒息、围产儿死亡发生率均低于单独治疗组（P<0.05）。结论 相较于拉贝洛尔单独治疗,硫酸镁+拉贝洛尔联合治疗妊娠期高血压的效果显著,可降低24 h尿蛋白定量,改善血清炎性因子水平。

Clinical effect of magnesium sulfate+labetalol on gestational hypertension

Objective To study the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate+labetalol on gestational hypertension.Methods The clinical data of 116 patients with gestational hypertension who were admitted in Sanmenxia central hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively collected.According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into combined treatment group(n=58,magnesium sulfate+labetalol combined treatment)and single treatment group(n=58,labetalol treatment).The blood pressure,24 h urinary protein quantification,serum inflammatory factor level,clinical efficacy and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and 24 h urine protein quantification in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined treatment group were lower than the single treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum Cys-C,Hcy and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined treatment group were lower than the single treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was 96.55%,which was higher than 86.21%in the single treatment group(P<0.05).The incidence of natural delivery in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the single treatment group,and the incidences of cesarean section,dystocia,postpartum hemorrhage,placental abruption,fetal distress,premature infant,neonatal asphyxia and perinatal death in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the single treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with labetalol alone,magnesium sulfate+labetalol showed significant effect in the treatment of gestational hypertension,which can reduce the 24 h urinary protein quantification and improve the serum inflammatory factor level.
