| Abstract: | To explore employment-centered teaching reform and point out that talents cultivation at school should meet the need of market and employment of students should be stressed, which are the primary responsibilities of institutions of higher learning. It also indicates some effective methods of realizing such responsibilities of colleges including course organizing pattern of general nursing---specific classification of major, practical teaching system with unique characteristics and talents cultivation system of teaching based on employment. |
