动态血压监测在高血压患者中的应用及其评估靶器官损害的价值

摘    要:
目的 分析动态血压监测在高血压患者中的应用及其评估靶器官损害的价值.方法 2010年9月~2012年1月在我院住院治疗的高血压患者80例,采用随机数字表法将患者分成研究组及对照组(单纯高血压)各40例,监测两组不同时间的收缩压、舒张压的变化情况,以及监测研究组不同靶器官损害患者不同时间的收缩压、舒张压变化情况.结果 研究组合并靶器官损害患者监测不同时间的收缩压、舒张压分别明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).合并2个或以上靶器官损害患者监测不同时间的收缩压、舒张压水平均明显高于合并1个靶器官损害患者,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).结论 使用无创动态血压监测仪对高血压患者进行定期监测,从而掌握每个患者的血压情况及昼夜变化规律,以达到防治高血压靶器官损害的发生.

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the application of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in hypertensive patients and its value in assessment of target organ damage. Methods From September 2010 to January 2012, 80 cases of hy- pertensive patients in our hospital using a random number table were divided into study group (with target organ damage, including coronary heart disease, stroke, kidney failure, etc. systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure changes, as well as the monitoring study group of 40 cases) and the control group (in hypertension) each to monitor two different time different target organ damage in patients with different time of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure changes. Results Research portfolio and target organ damage in patients with monitoring at different times of the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure were significantly higher than that in the control group, the differ- ence was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The merger of two or more of the target organ damage in patients with the monitoring different time systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood p~essure were significantly higher than the combined one target organ damage in patients, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The use of non- invasive ambulatory blood pressure monitor regularly monitored in patients with hypertension, thus capturing each pa- tient's blood pressure and circadian variation, in order to achieve the prevention and treatment of hypertension target organ damage.
