| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生情况及引发ADR的相关因素,促进临床合理用药。方法对我院2006～2008年收集到的113例ADR报道进行分类统计和回顾性分析。结果 113例ADR报道中涉及的药品共有48种(包含不同规格和剂型),其中抗感染药物位居首位,其次为循环系统类药物(中成药制剂);给药途径以静脉用药为主(107例,94.69%);主要的ADR类型为皮肤及其附件损害。结论应加强和重视ADR监测工作,促进临床合理用药。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the occurrence of adverse drug reaction（ADR） in our hospital and its relevant factors in order to improve the level of the rational drug use.Methods A total of 113 cases of ADR reports collected in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 were classified and analyzed statistically.Results Of the 113 cases,48 kinds of drugs were involved（in different dosage forms and specifications）,with anti-infectives at the head of them.Intravenous infusion（107 cases,94.69%） was the main route of administration and the main types of ADR were lesions of skin and accessories.Conclusion Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring to promote rational drug use. |
