激光泪道成形术联合环形泪道内置管治疗泪道阻塞的疗效分析

目的：分析总结激光泪道成形术联合环形泪道内置管治疗泪道阻塞的疗效。方法对112例（128只眼）泪道阻塞患者施行Nd：YAG激光泪道成形术联合环形泪道内置入泪道引流管治疗。结果术后随访6-36个月，治愈100只眼，占78.1%；好转15只眼，占11.7%；总有效率89.8%。无效13只眼，占10.2%。结论激光泪道成形术联合环形泪道内置管治疗泪道阻塞疗效肯定、并发症少，值得推广。

Clinical observation of laser lacryocystoplasty combined with annular tear-tubes implanted lacrimal duct for obstruction of lacrimal passage

Objective To evaluate the effect of laser lacryocystoplasty combined with annular tear-tubes implanted lacrimal duct for obstruction of lacrimal passage. Methods 112 cases （128 eyes） with obstruction of lacrimal passage were treated by means of Nd：YAG laser lacryocystoplasty combined with annular tear-tubes implanted lacrimal duct. Results Postoperative follow-up time were 6-36 months, of which 100 cured,accounted for 78.1%; 15 improvement, accounted for 11.7%,the total effective rate was 89.8%; 13 failed, accounted for 10.2%. Conclusion Laser lacryocystoplasty combined with annular tear-tubes implanted lacrimal duct is effective for treatment of obstruction of lacrimal passage and has few complications, and is simply operation, it is worth promoting.
