社区老年高血压患者用药依从性影响因素分析

目的：了解影响社区老年高血压患者用药依从性的因素，探讨提高其用药依从性方法。方法：对辖区内建立高血压随访卡、年龄61—80岁之间、血压控制为“良”或“差”的患者共304例进行问卷调查。结果：有56．6％老年患者血压控制欠佳，高血压用药依从率仅为29．9％；患者的用药依从性与经济条件、文化程度、病程长短、年龄等相关。另外，影响用药依从性的其他因素还有忘记服药时间（61．0％），认为血压已控制不需再服药（60．6％），担心长期服药副作用（50．7％）等。结论：社区老年高血压患者血压控制的任务仍很艰巨。医护人员要深入社区，加强对老年高血压患者的健康教育，使患者认识药物治疗对控制血压的重要性，提高用药依从率。

The research about the influence factors of community hypertension in olderpersons compliance

Objective： To improve its compliance method pertension in olderpersons compliance, Methods： Pairs of 304 through learning about the impact of the community hyhigh blood pressure patients who are in the age of 61 to 80 years old, and pressure control ＂average＂ or ＂bad＂ a questionnaire survey. Results： The 56.6% patients controlled not good, the rate of compliance is 29.9%.＇And compliance influence factors included economic,education, ill length, age, memory,wards and worrying side-effects. Conclusion：Community hypertension in olderpersons＇pressure control is still very arduous task. We should strengthen their health education and awareness of patients with medicines to control the importance of hypertension to raise drug-using compliance rate.
