代谢组学与证候研究

代谢组学是新兴的系统生物学技术,具有整体性、即时性特点;研究步骤包括:样品采集、预处理、数据采集、分析及解释;与中医证候相通性体现于整体性、差异性、和即时性。运用代谢组学方法寻找证候标志性代谢产物是目前研究热点,可初步确定证的分子生物学诊断指标,亦可通过标志性代谢产物相关代谢途径,探索证的物质基础。不仅能区分同一疾病不同证侯,亦能区分同一证侯不同亚型;对具有"动态时空"特点的证候研究具有明显优势,对具有共同代谢表型疾病分型亦有很大潜力;可剔除变化与方证无关物质,明确证候中发生相应变化物质,研究药物作用靶点、药代动力学规律、证候本质具有重要意义。

Application of Metabonomics in the Study of TCM Syndrome

Metabonomics is systems biology emerging technology,has the integrity,the instant characteristics;research steps including: sample collection,preprocessing,data analysis and interpretation,which is communicated with the acquisition;TCM syndrome of integrity,diversity,and instant.Application of metabonomics method for syndrome marked metabolic product is currently the focus of research,it can be initially confirmed diagnosis of molecular biology index cards,but also by the iconic metabolite related metabolic pathways,study on the substance foundation certificate.Not only can distinguish the same disease with different syndrome,also can distinguish the same syndrome in different subtype;has the obvious advantage of syndrome with " dynamic" characteristics,with common metabolic phenotype disease type also has great potential;to eliminate extraneous material changes and syndromes,clear syndrome change material,research target for drugs,pharmacokinetics of syndrome essence,significance.
