| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨用逆转录聚合酶链反应(reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)检测结直肠癌淋巴结微转移,为临床肿瘤分期并制定合理的治疗方案提供指导性依据。方法 以CK20 mRNA为标志物,应用RT-PCR对20例常规病理检查未检见淋巴道转移的结直肠癌及其所属186枚淋巴结进行了检测。结果 有8例(40％)54枚(29．03％)淋巴结呈现阳性扩增,对照的非癌淋巴结呈阴性。结论 RT-PCR是检测结直肠癌淋巴结微转移最敏感和特异的方法,具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Purpose To detect the lymph node micrometastasis using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), so as to lead to a more accurate clinical staging and a more rational therapeutic decision-making. Methods The RT-PCR for the CK20 mRNA was utilized to examine the 186 lymph nodes and the tumors of 20 cases. Results Fifty-four lymph nodes (29.03%) of 8 cases (40%) were amplified positively, but negatively in the non-metastatic lymph nodes. Conclusion The assay was highly sensitive and specific for detecting lymphatic metastasis. |
