| 摘 要： | 异位急性阑尾炎的术前临床诊断比较困难。在超声检查之前，先让患者自我定位触痛点，采用探头逐渐加压的手法，能较好地显示发炎肿大的阑尾以及阑尾与肓肠的位置关系，从而提高了术前诊断水平。 |

| Abstract: | The preoperative clinical diagnosis of ectopic acute appendicitis is rather difficult Ultrasonography by first having the patient indicating the painful point and then pressing the transducer on the abdomen with increasing force can fairly accurately detect the inflamed swollen appendix and its relation to the caecum,thus elevating the success rate of preoperative diagnosis. |
