埃索美拉唑联合帕罗西汀治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病的疗效观察

目的探讨埃索美拉唑联合帕罗西汀治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病的疗效。方法 92例非糜烂性胃食管反流病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组46例,予埃索美拉唑20mg,1次/d;帕罗西汀20mg,1次/d;莫沙比利5mg,3次/d;对照组46例,予奥美拉唑20mg,1次/d,莫沙比利5mg,3次/d。疗程为8周。治疗2、4、6、8周时分别作症状评价。结果治疗后两组症状如反酸、烧心、胸痛疗效观察均有明显改善,治疗组疗效高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论埃索美拉唑联合帕罗西汀治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病疗效优于同等剂量的奥美拉唑。

Study on the effect of esomeprazole combined with paroxetine in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease

Objective To observe the clinical effect of esomeprazole combined with paroxetine in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease.Methods 92 patients with non-erosive gastroesophogeal reflux disease were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The patients of treated group were oral administration with esomeprazole 20 mg qd and paroxetine 20 mg qd,The patients of control group were oral administration with Omeprazole 20 mg qd,meanwhile gave Mosapride 5 mg tid by oral administration.Two groups lasted 8 weeks.Two groups were given symptoms evaluation when the second,fourth,sixth and eighth weeks.Results After treated,the symptoms of acid regurgitation,heartburn,substernal pain and the curative effect in two groups were improved,but curative effect in the treated group was significantly better than in the control group（（P0.05）.Conclusion Esomeprazole combined with paroxetine are more effective for treating non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease than Omeprazole.
