| Abstract: | A great variety of chemical compounds of antipsychotics have been developed and applied clinically to alleviate symptomatology of schizophrenia in past 5 decades Making the disease curable. Nevertheless, obvious side effects as well as limited efficacy of current available antipsychotics rendered some patients rather refractory. The presentation is a review of the latest pharmacologic based explorations and pilot trials in clinics,aiming at enhancing domestic treatment capability. |
