| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨介入动脉栓塞治疗顽固性鼻出血的疗效和并发症。方法:回顾性分析1993年1月至2007年8月经动脉栓塞治疗的48例顽固性鼻出血患者的有关资料。结果:所有患者均经动脉栓塞成功,栓塞后即刻至3d内出血停止。无严重并发症的发生。结论:经导管栓塞治疗顽固性鼻出血是一种安全有效的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effect and complication of the transcatheter arterial embolization(TAE) in the treatment of intractable epistaxis.Method: The data of 47 cases with intractable epistaxis received TAE from January 1993 to August 2007 was analyzed retrospectively.Result: All cases were embolized successfully and cured,bleeding of the nose stopped from postembolization to 3 days after the procedure without any serious complication.Conclusion: Transcatheter arterial embolization is a safe,effective method in the treatment of the intractable epistaxis. |
