离心沉淀集菌涂片法检查痰内结核分枝杆菌

目的 建立一种操作简单、阳性检出率高的痰涂片结核分枝杆菌检查方法。方法 采用离心沉淀集菌涂片技术，检测53例肺结核患者痰内结核 分枝杆菌，与漂浮集菌涂片、直接涂片法进行比较。结果 53例肺结核患者痰内结核分枝杆菌检出率改良离心沉淀集菌涂片法为62．3％，漂浮集菌涂片法为39.6%，直接涂片法为45.3%。结论 离心沉淀集菌涂片法痰内结核分枝杆菌检出率显著高于漂浮集菌涂片法和直接涂片法，值得推广应用。

Sedimentation smear technique for examination of mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum

Objective To establish a simpler and more sensitive technique for the examination of sputum mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods Comparison of the sedimentation smear technique with flotation smear method and direct smear method in the examination of sputum mycobacterium tuberculosis in 53 pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Results The positive rates of sputum mycobacterium tuberculosis in 53 pulmonary tuberculosis patients were 62.3%, 39.6% and 45.3% respectively, by using sedimentation smear technique, flotation smear method and direct smear method, with significant difference among them. Conclusion Sedimentation smear technique is better than flotation smear method or direct smear method for the examination of sputum mycobacterium tuberculosis . It is valuable for popularizing it in clinical laboratories.
