野战医疗所手术组布局与工作流程

野战外科手术是战伤救治和非战争军事行动卫勤保障的主要环节,根据野战医疗所手术组的编制和设备配置,设想将两顶网架帐篷和一辆手术车呈＂T＂字型展开分成三个手术间,为防止和减少交染,类似于洁净手术室的物流要求,对医护人员流、伤员流、洁净物品流、污染物品流实行分流。将手术组成员分成三个小组,每小组负责一个手术间,组内人员严格分工,术前准备、手术、术后复苏呈流水作业式进行,是比较理想的一种展开布局和工作流程。

Layout and Workflow of Operation Treatment in Field Medical Station

Field surgical operation is a key link of war wound treatment and medical support in military operation other than war.According to the authorized size of personnel and equipment,two tents of net frame and one field operation vehicle were deployed to form a large operation room of the type T,which is made of three operation units.It was similar to the demands of the clean operation room that shunt the delivery of the medical staff,the wounded,the sterilized and the contaminated materials.The operation group was divided into three sections,each of which took charge of one operation unit.The individual responsibility was divided strictly in the group.Not only operation but preoperative preparation and postoperative recovery are performed in succession,which was a ideal layout and workflow.
