| 摘 要： | 目的提高睾丸扭转的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析24例睾丸扭转患者的临床资料。1例隐睾扭转者表现为腹股沟痛性肿块，同侧阴囊内空虚。以阴囊疼痛就诊22例，以腹痛就诊1例。体检：均有睾丸触痛，Prehn征阳性，睾丸明显上移、横位。局部皮肤红肿2例，体温升高3例。阴囊彩超检查，均表现为患侧睾丸增大，睾丸血流消失20例，血流减少4例。结果1例隐睾扭转者行睾丸切除术；23例阴囊内睾丸扭转者中，8例手术复位固定，15例因睾丸坏死予以切除（65．2％）。均行对侧睾丸预防性固定。结论Doppler超声检查可灵敏检测出血流，是一种快速、简便、无损害和可重复的检查方法。睾丸扭转一经诊断即应及时手术探查，将发病时间与术中观察睾丸质地及色泽结合考虑睾丸的取舍、复位或切除坏死睾丸及预防性固定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the levels of diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion. Methods The clinical data of 24 cases of testicular torsions were summarized and analyzed.1 case of torsion of undescended testis presented a tender,firm mass palpated in the groin area.1 case had abdominal pain and the others had the essential clinical symptom of colic in testes.
