| 摘 要： | 用化学发光法观察了阿魏酸钠、葛根素、７６４３、麦芽醇、瑞香素、莨菪亭、甘露醇、灯盏花素、６５４－２几种中药有效成分对分叶核粒细胞在酵母聚精刺激下呼吸爆发产生活性氧的抑制作用。结果证明：在药物终浓度为０．００１ｍｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１时，其抑制作用的强度依次为：阿魏酸钠、葛根素＞７６４３、瑞香素、灯盏花素＞６５４－２、莨菪亭。 |

| Abstract: | Amount of active oxygen species (AOS) released from PMN of peripheral blood during opsonized zymosan-induced respiratory burst was measured by chemiluminometer. 1 μmol·L-1 sodium ferulate and 1 μmol· L-1 puerarin could inhibit the generation of AOS by 71. 00%±6.96% and 75. 47%± 4.28% respectively.It was also found that 10 μmol·L-1 breviscarpin and 10 μmol·L-1 maltol could counteract directly 100 μmol·L-1 hydrogen peroxide to reduce the luminscence by 73.47%±6. 59% and 66. 54%±9. 24% respectively. As AOS released from activated PMN might lead to tissue damage and persistence of inflammatory reaction,the herbal ingredients studied could be useful in certain inflammatory processes. |
