| 摘 要： | ＩＨＣ－６６（３０μｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１）对离体豚鼠心房肌能明显抑制收缩性，肾上腺素诱发的自律性，延长功能不应期，降低兴奋性；可明显抑制其正阶梯现象，降低右心房自发性搏动频率。结果表明，ＩＨＣ－６６的抗心律失常作用可能与其抑制Ｃａ２＋、Ｎａ＋的跨膜转运有关。

| Abstract: | IHC-66(30μmol·L-1)could prominently inhibit contractility and epinephrine induced automaticity on isolated myocardium of guinea pig left atrium,prolong functional refractory period, decrease exitability, inhibit positive staircase phenomenon and decrease spontaneous beat frequency of left atrium. Results indicate that the antiarrhythmic action of IHC-66 may be related to its inhibition on Ca2+ and Na+transmembrane influx. |
