摘    要:目的:探讨生物因素和飘尘对封闭建筑物内的办公室工作人员神经行为功能的影响。方法:1997年和1998年冬季,在竣工10年以内的27幢办公楼中进行包括细菌总数,霉菌总数,飘尘总量和人均面积的检测,并据此分层,将27幢办公楼及楼内的841名办公室工作人员相应分成3组,分别进行神经行为功能测试,对测试结果进行趋势分析,以搞清这些因素的作用。结果;非习惯手的视简单反应时随着细菌总数的增加呈逐渐延长的趋势。视觉保留测试的正确数随着人均面积的增加呈逐渐减少的趋势,结论:细菌和人均面积会影响封闭建筑物内人的神经行为功能。

Abstract:Objective\ To explore effects of biological factors and suspending particles on neurobehavioral function of the population working inside sealed buildings especially in winter time in Shanghai.Methods\ Number of bacteria and fungi,average concentration of suspending particles and average area occupied by each person were measured in winter seasons of 1997 and 1998 in 27 office buildings constructed within recent 10 years.Based on the measured values of 4 items,27 buildings and 841 office workers were categorized into 3 groups.The neurobehavioral evaluation system test(NEST)was used to make a trend analysis.Results\ Results showed that the simple reaction time of left hand delayed gradually along with the increase of the total number of bacteria.The correct number of visual retention reduced gradually along with the increase of the average area occupied by each person.Conclusions\ It demonstrates that the biological factors and the area occupied by each individual might affect the neurobehavioral function of the population working inside the sealed buildings.
