摘    要:目的:探讨长期锰暴露对男工心血管功能的影响。方法:对150例男工的心率,心电图和血压进行测定,其中高,低水平锰暴露和对照工人各50名,结果:作业环境空气MnO2接触水平几何均数为0.07mg/m^3时,接触组心率,心电图和血压与对照组比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05),MnO2接触水平为0.45mg/m^3时,接触组QRS波显著增宽,T波增高,舒张压均值降低。舒张压均值降低。结论:长期较高浓度锰暴露对男工心血管功能会产生一定的影响。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of long term manganese exposure on cardiovascular function of male workers.Methods Heart rate(HR),ECG and blood pressure(BP)were examined in 50 high level exposed workers,50 low exposed workers and 50 control workers.Results When the geometric mean of air MnO 2 concentration in the workplace was 0 07(0 02-0 29)mg/m 3 with exceeding rate of 11 1% from a total number of 9 samples,no significant difference in HR,ECG and BP were found between the exposed and control groups.However,when the workers exposed to higher level manganese where the geometric mean of air MnO 2 concentration was 0 45(0 15-1 99)mg/m 3 with the exceeding rate of 73 1% from a total number of 26 samples,the QRS wave was significantly widened,with higher T wave and a lower mean diastolic BP in the exposed group(P<0 05).Conclusions It suggests that chronic exposure to high level manganese might have certain effects on the cardiovascular function of male workers.
