完全腹膜外腹腔镜免钉合交叉补片疝修补术临床分析

目的：总结应用补片行免钉合腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术（TEP）治疗腹股疝50例的经验体会,方法：回顾分析2008年11月至2009年10月共50例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料,患者全部都在全麻下行TEP手术免钉合交叉固定。结果：50例患者双侧TEP手术,手术时间90min;单侧TEP手术平均时间50min,术后平均住院57天,平均6天,术后无1例并发阴囊血清肿,无术后腹股沟区疼痛及异物不适感病例,随访26月,术后无复发。结论：应用免钉合交叉补片行TEP手术安全可靠,操作方便,大大降低手术费用,手术并发症减少,手术后疼痛轻,恢复快,复发率低的优点。

TOTALLY EXTRA PERITONEAL LAPAROSCOPIC HERNIA REPAIR USING UNFIXED MESH AND CROSS-PATCH

Objective：To sum up the experience of Totally extra peritoneal laparoscopic hernia repair（TEP） using unfixed mesh and cross-patch.Methods：50 cases of inguinal hernia underwent TEP from November 2008 to October 2009 were reviewed retrospectively.Results：The operation time of bilateral and unilateral inguinal hernia was 90 min and 50 min respectively.The hospitalization time was 57 days（mean 6 days）.After the operation,sarcoma of scrotum、inguinal region pain and Foreign body sensation discomfort were not found.The patients were followed up for 26 months,and no recurrence occurred.Conclusion：The totally extra peritoneal laparoscopic hernia repair using an unfixed mesh and cross-patch.is easy,safe.with few complications quick recvery and confirmed effieacy.
