| 100例人工关节置换术后体温的观察与分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 观察100例人工关节置换术后患者体温变化，发现体温变化的曲线呈“双峰”现象，即在术后第1～3日为第一高峰，平均38.0±0.5℃；此后体温逐渐下降，术后5日达最低，平均37.0±0.3℃；此后体温又逐渐升高，术后第8～10日为第二高峰，平均37.5±0.4℃。针对上述规律，分析造成此现象的原因可能为吸收热和异物热，从而加强卫生宣教，采取相应措施，提高护理质量。 |
