| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨蔡氏扶正消癌汤对人低分化胃癌细胞BGC-823体外生长的影响。方法：采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝（MTT）还原法检测蔡氏扶正消瘢汤对BGC-823生长的影响，并观察蔡氏扶正消瘦汤对BGC-823细胞形态的影响。结果：蔡氏扶正消瘦汤生药能抑制BGC-823的生长。在实验浓度范围内，随着剂量的增加，抑制作用更加明显；同一剂量下，72h内药物作用时间越长，抑制作用越明显。结论：蔡氏扶正消瘦汤能够抑制低分化胃癌细胞BGC-823的生长。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of Cai's-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang on human stomach adenocarcinoma cell line BGC-823 growth in vitro. Methods: Growth of Cai's-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang on BGC-823 cells was measured with MTT colorimetric assay after treated by various concentrations of Cai's-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang. Morphological changes of BGC-823 cells were observed under light microscope. Results: Cai's-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang inhibited the growth of BGC-823 cells in dose-dependent manner. From 0h to 72h, Cai's-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang at the same concentration inhibited the growth of BGC-823 cells in time-dependent manner. Conclusion: Cai' s-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang can inhibit growth of BGC-823 cells. |
