XELOX与DF方案治疗晚期胃癌临床疗效比较

目的 比较XELOX和DF方案对晚期胃癌的临床疗效和毒副反应.方法 132例晚期胃癌患者随机分为XELOX组和DF组.所有病例治疗4周期以上,按WHO标准评价并比较两组的客观疗效和毒副反应.结果 XELOX组总有效率52.3%,DF组总有效率47.8% (P＞0.05).XELOX组手足综合征的发生率为36.92%,明显高于DF组的13.43%(P＜0.05);而骨髓抑制的发生率为41.54%,显著低于DF组的85.07%(P＜0.05);其余各项常见的副作用未见明显差异,无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 XELOX方案与DF方案治疗晚期胃癌疗效相当,而 XELOX方案骨髓抑制副反应小,耐受性好,更易为老年患者所接受.

Comparison of clinical efficacy between XELOX and DF regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

Objective To compare the efficacy and toxicity of XELOX versus DF in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods 132 cases with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into XELOX group and DF group respectively.All patients received four cycles of chemotherapy at least.The efficacy and toxicity were evaluated by WHO standard.Results The overall effective rate were 52.3% and 47.8% in XELOX and DF group,respectively(P >0.05).The incidence of hand-foot syndrome in XELOX group was obviously higher than that in DF group(36.92% vs 13.43%,P<0.05).And the incidence of bone marrow suppression in XELOX group was lower than that of in DF group(41.54% vs 85.07%,P<0.05).The other side effects had no statistical difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both of the two regimens are effective on treatment of advanced gastric cancer.But XELOX regimen is tolerated well and has lower side effects of bone marrow suppression,which is more acceptable for older patients.
