时间辨证与头痛证治--张志远学术经验系列(二)

简述中医时间医学的建立及其发展,介绍中医时间辨证随阴阳而辨证或随季节辨证,分析张志远教授治疗头痛的时间辨证验案,说明中医时间医学,是从实践总结而来,有其科学内涵;时间辨证是其精华部分,对发病与季节、时辰更替有着密切联系,定时发作或定时加重的疾病,辨证中应考虑时间因素,可收事半功倍之效。

Differential Diagnosis According to Time with Diagnosis and Treatment of Cephalalgia --The Academic Experience of Professor Zhang Zhiyuan(Two)

Establishment and development of chronomedicine of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) were briefly described;differentiation of syndromes according to yin-yang or seasons in chronomedicine of TCM were introduced;and effective cases in cephalalgia treatment by Professor Zhang Zhiyuan with differential diagnosis according to time was introduced.Thus illustrated that chronomedicine of TCM was summarized from practice and had its own scientific connotation;differential diagnosis according to time was the essential part.Time factor should be considered in the differential diagnosis on the diseases that have intimate relationship with season and hour and with timing onset and aggravation.Through this method,double result could be obtainedwith half work.
