摘    要:目的评估全局和局部组合配准减影技术对于减少脑血管造影图像中运动伪影的价值。方法收集10例接受脑血管造影患者的影像学资料,另设置模拟图像。评价模拟图像和病例图像中全局和局部组合配准减影减少运动伪影的能力。结果经全局和局部组合配准减影后,所有图像的伪影明显少于单纯全局配准减影,血管显示更清晰,无变形、重叠和断裂等错位现象。结论全局和局部组合配准减影技术可有效减少脑血管造影图像中的运动伪影,对于脑血管造影图像的后处理具有重要价值。

Abstract:Objective To assess the value of subtraction technique of global and local combined registration in reducing motion artifacts of cerebral angiography images. Methods Imaging data of 10 patients who received cerebral angiography were collected. In additional, mask images were set. The ability of subtraction technique of global and local combined registration in reducing motion artifacts of mask and live images was assessed. Results Combined global and local registration significantly reduced the motion artifacts of all the images compared with global registration alone. The vessels were displayed more clearly without dislocation, including disformation, overlapping and fragmentation. Conclusion Subtraction technique of global and local combined registration can effectively reduce the motion artifacts of cerebral angiography images, which is of great value in post-processing of angiography images.
