彩色多普勒超声评估下肢动脉斑块形成所致血流动力学改变的研究

摘    要:
目的:探讨下肢动脉斑块处(狭窄率<50%)峰值血流速度(Vmax)及狭窄后远心端内径(D)的变化。方法:采用高频超声检测29例多发斑块患者,16例单发斑块患者和24例正常对照者的峰值血流速度及内径参数,并对检测结果进行分析。结果:多发斑块组较单发斑块组和正常对照组股总、股浅、股深、月国动脉峰值血流速度(Vmax)增高(P<0.05),而内径(D)无明显改变。选择多发斑块组两参数作直线相关分析,显示无相关。结论:下肢动脉斑块所致狭窄处(狭窄率<50%)的峰值血流速度与狭窄后动脉内径无密切关联。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the alterations of maximum velocity in areas of plaques (stenosis rate 〈50%) and diameter in distal of stenosis of lower extremity . Methods Twenty-nine patients with multi-plaques and 16 patients with mono-plaque, 24 normal controls were detected by 2D sonography in parameters of maximum velocity and diameter while the consults Were analyzed .Results Maximum velocity in common femoral artery ,superficial femoral artery ,deep femoral artery ,popliteal artery showed an increase (P〈0.05) in the multi-Plaques compared with mono-plaque patients and the nor- real controls. The arterial diameter showed no alterations. Two parameter selected from multi-plaques showed no correlation with linear correlation analysis .Conclusion Maximum velocity in the stenosis areas (stenosis rate 〈50%)induced by arterial plaques of artery of lower extremity have not close relationship with diameter of distal of stenosis arteries.
