经皮肾微造瘘联合输尿管镜碎石术治疗输尿管结石并感染性休克75例报告

目的：探讨经皮肾微造瘘联合输尿管镜碎石术治疗输尿管结石并感染性休克的疗效及意义。方法：对75例输尿管结石并感染性休克患者在积极抗感染及抗休克治疗的同时行经皮肾微造瘘，并于术后1～4周行输尿管镜碎石术。结果：75例患者肾造瘘均jr~,,tl完成，感染及休克症状得到控制。输尿管镜手术均顺利完成，结石基本完全清除。结论：对于输尿管结石并感染性休克患者，早期行经皮肾微造瘘能有效控制感染及休克症状，联合输尿管镜碎石术能完整清除结石，临床效果满意，并能有效防I}术后感染并发痒的发牛。

Percutaneous mini nephrostomy combined with ureteroscopy lithotripsy for ureter calculi combined with septic shock： results of 75 cases

Objective： To investigate the significance of percutaneous mini nephrostomy commnea wxm ure- teroscopy lithotripsy for ureter calculi combined with septic shock. Methods： Seventy five cases of ureter calculi combined with septic shock underwent percutaneous mini nephrostomy, antibiotic therapy and anti-shock therapy. One to four weeks later, ureteroseopy ithotripsy were performed in the patients. Results： The percutaneous mini nephrostomy were accomplished successfully in the 75 patients and the infection and shock were controlled. All the sureteroscopy lithotripsy were performed successfully and the stones were almost removed. Conclusion： Early per- cutaneous mini nephrostomy can effectively control infection and shock for upper urinary calculi combined with septic shock patients. The secondary ureteroscopy lithotripsy may completely remove the stones, gain satisfactory therapeutic effect and prevent the occurrence of infection effectively.
