左氧氟沙星三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌临床观察

观察左氧氟沙星、埃索美拉唑、阿莫西林三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌（npylori）治疗失败后的患者复治的疗效，选取62例经抗Mpylori一线治疗后^14C-尿素呼气试验证实幽门螺杆菌感染仍阳性的患者参与研究，将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组34例，用左氧氟沙星、埃索美拉唑、阿莫西林三联疗法。对照组28例，用奥美拉唑、铋剂、阿莫西林、甲硝唑四联疗法。两组对再次治疗病例H．pylori根除率分别为85．29％、75％。差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结果表明左氧氟沙星、埃索美拉唑、阿莫西林三联疗法对H．pylori治疗失败后的H．pylori根除率与以铋剂为基础加质子泵抑制剂（PPI）的四联疗法对H．pylori的根除率接近，但用药简单，患者易于接受。

Clinical study on levofloxacin triple therapy for eradicating of Helicobacter pylori

To observe the efficacy of a combined treatment using levofloxacin, nexium and amoxicillin for those H. pylori infected patients who had not been cured by other methods, 62 cases of chronic gastritis who are tested positive in the 14C breath test after the anti-H, pylori first-line treatment were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group of 34 patients were tested with levo- floxacin, nexium, amoxicillin triple therapy; the control group of 28 cases were tested with omeprazole, bismuth agent, amoxicillin, metron- idazole quadruple therapy. Eradication rates were 85.29% for the treatment group, 75% for the control group. The difference was not signif- icant （ P 〉 0.05）. The results indicate that levofloxacin, nexium, amoxicillin of the triple therapy after the failure of the H. pylori eradication are similar to a bismuth-based plus one of the four PPI therapy on the rate of eradication of H. pylori, but the former is simple, easily acceptable to patients.
