| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新批克拉维酸对照品含量标定的不确定度评定法。方法通过不确定度来源分析,运用现代误差理论,量化各不确定度分量,对合成不确定度进行评估。结果新批克拉维酸对照品标定的扩展不确定度Uc=1.08%。结论评价了标定结果的可信度,对于仲裁检验有重要意义。样品的称量是影响测定结果准确度的最主要因素。

| Abstract: | Aim To establish a method for evaluation of the measurement uncertainty in the calibration of clavulanate reference substance(RS) with HPLC.Methods The mathematics model was established and the various components of uncertainty were analyzed and quantified.The combined uncertainty was finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of variables.Results The expanded measurement uncertainty Uc in the calibration of Clavulanate RS equaled 1.08%.Conclusion Reliability of the determination was evaluated,and the expanded measurement uncertainty can be used in judging determination.The uncertainty of the experiment was mainly caused by weighing samples. |
