22例肾上腺疾病CT诊断体会

目的探讨CT对肾上腺疾病的诊断价值。方法对22例肾上腺疾病的CT资料进行回顾性分析,在CT图像上观察病变的位置、形态、大小、密度及与周围结构的关系。结果5例肾上腺腺瘤,5例嗜铬细胞瘤,3例肾上腺皮质增生症,1例髓样脂肪瘤,5例肾上腺转移,3例肾上腺结核。结论CT对肾上腺疾病诊断具有重要价值。

CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of adrenal diseases

Objective To evaluate the value of CT in the diagnosis of adrenal gland diseases.Methods Retros- pefive analysize the date of CT about the twenty-two adrenal patients with pathology and biochemical analysis confirmed. The location,shape,size,density,relatiormhip with surrounding structure were evaluated on CT image.Results 5 ca- ses were adenomas,5cases were pheochromocytoma,3 cases were cortex hyperplasia,1case were adreal myelolipomas, 5cases were metastatic tumom,3 cases were tuberculosis.Conclusion CT is valuable in diagnosis of adrenal diseases.
