基因芯片及其在肿瘤研究中的应用

摘    要:
基因芯片是近年来出现的分子生物学与微电子技术相结合的分析检测技术,具有可行性、高通量、微型化和自动化等特点,成为后基因组时代基因功能分析的最重要的技术之一。该技术不仅应用于新基因的发现和基因表达的研究,还被用于疾病的分子分型、病原体检测、物种基因型的鉴别、药物筛选和药理学研究等。本文就基因芯片制作原理、应用方法及在肿瘤病理研究、诊断、治疗中的应用进行综述。

Abstract:
Gene chips is a kind of analysis and detect technique joining hands with molecular biology and microelectronic technique with feasibility, high-flux, micromation and antomation, which will be one of the important techniques in gene functional analysis during postgenome period. The technique not only is used to find the new gene and study the gene expression, but also used in molecular typing of disease,pathogen detection, identification of species genotying, drug screening, and pharmacological study. This article review gene chip about its principle, using method and application in tumor pathological study, diagnosis and treatment.
