| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨硫普罗宁治疗抗结核药物性肝损害的疗效。方法:121例抗结核药物性肝损害患者,随机分为治疗组61例,对照组60例,治疗组给予硫普罗宁注射液0.2 g加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,每日1次,对照组给予一般护肝药治疗。结果:两组治疗前比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗组与对照组治疗4周后比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组治疗7,15,30 d,丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)复常率为78.69%,91.8%和100%,对照组治疗7,15,30 d,ALT、TBIL复常率分别为31.67%,71.67%,90%,治疗组ALT、TBIL复常率优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:硫普罗宁治疗抗结核药物性肝损害效果明显。 |
