目的:研究已酮可可碱(PTX)对重度失血性休克大鼠再灌注后肝损伤的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制.方法:48只SD大鼠随机分为4组:对照组(C组)、单纯体克组(NR组)、乳酸林格氏液组(LR组)、乳酸林格氏液联合PTX组(LRPTX组).复制重度失血性休克模型,连续检测MAP的变化.LR及LRPTX组以3倍失血量LR/L...

AIM: To investigate the effects of treatment with pentoxifylline (PTX) on ischemia/reperfusioninduced liver injury in rats with severe hemorrhagic shock.
